The fact that he highlighted the deprivation of basics like food, health, shelter, and education to a majority of Cameroonians, confirms the intensity of the failure of Biya and his Stale Deal policies. He just didnot want to belabour the points on persistent power cuts, water shortages, bad roads and dilapidating infrastructure, which are characteristic of his failed policies, aggravated by the extreme egocentric manner in which he and his associates embezzle state funds.
Biya's letter to his militants and the nation smacks of insincerity vis-a vis his fight against corruption and youth unemployment The alleged squandering of close to a million Euros in a five star French resort, in three weeks, just a few months following the publication of statistics about his ill-gotten wealth by a French NGO, is tilting the balance of Biya's spell on Cameroonians. The lingering memories of nightmare of the February 2008 strikes, that resulted to the massacre of hundreds of youths have not vanished. Those unemployed youths who survived the killings by Biya's repressive forces(BIR), are still desperate- They roam the streets without jobs. Their resolve to witness a change in the status quo of Cameroonian political arena, exacerbated by economic desperation, will constitute a major part of Biya's nenemis during the aftermath of the charade called Presidential elections, ELECAM is getting ready to rig in 2011.
The resurrection of the Southern Cameroons palaver by Banjul Court is not ignorable..
That's why the regime propagandist, Issa Tchiroma Bakary( in-charge of Communication) was the first town crier and messenger, when the verdict was made public. The regime's public denial of the existence of this issue is being perforated. The reality of historical deceit and constitutional manipulation is haunting its perpetrators. Those who thought the regime was 'unshakable' especially when they tortured Southern Cameroonian activists, could not imagine how a verdict by a court would set them rushing to misread what they considered gray portions, instead of analyzing the carefully worded reprimand that does not only buttress the Southern Cameroons cause, but also instigates its continual pursuit, to the greatest embarrassment of skeptics and cowards. The Southern Cameroons problem is Biya's recurrent nightmare- believe it or not!
As if to make a mockery of determination , Biya draws similarity of his foolhardy adherence to power with the indomitable spirit of the national football team. He forgets to be humbled by the fact that, even though football has brought so much 'pride' to Cameroon, and he has benefited from the distraction of Cameroonians during possible political turning points, by the euphoria of Football expeditions like the World Cup, Cameroon can not boast of befitting stadiums capable of hosting any major football tournament at the continental level. His 'lion spirit' has no semblance of resolve to progress a common destiny, at least not these 27 years that I have been a witness to.
This is the 27th year Cameroonians have been buckled by a redundant ruler whose overdose of inertia has become contagious. A ruler who spends most of his time in the West recklessly showcasing his spendthrift abilities using proceeds from the people's resources and hard work. and expecting the suffering masses to continuously applaud the misery his actions have caused them. A ruler who has outstayed his usefulness and whose rule is nothing more than epileptic fit deserving rescue.

You know what. we need to curtail this monter's excesses. somebody's got to put their head up and tell him to his face. Thanks mr Neba for throwing light on these happenings. Biya needs to be told he is sick. He's going through dotage. How can this peace loving people be led by a man in paranoia? His role in the dynastic "change " of powerin Gabon and his new show name the Doyen is only point at what he is trying to make of his playboy son when he answers nature call. We've got to halt this maniac from the impending doom he is unknowling leading this peaceloving people to! I am ready who else?

Here is just another hardcore egocentric anglofou of that terrorist SCNC blearing as usual unrefined garbage. Your paper betrays your emotions and blinds your better judgment. Your kinds have helped torn that Cameroon and now you heap the blame on one man and his devoted aids. You could not say all these trash in the days of Ahmadou Ahidjo without meeting your maker. You wretched fool. Do not let us pounce on you ungrateful Anglos.

Mad Dipoko, When you rant around in Up Station Mountain Club abusing Southern Cameroonians haphazardly and portraying your xenophobic self, one thought you could stand the heat of hardcore activist like NebaFuh. His usual style of writing which is not unfamiliar to us who know him has sent you panting. First grade coward!
This is an antithesis for you, Lazy bootlicker, slave of the 21st century, pretending to be who he is not! More articles like this will take you to the drawing board of your cubicle wherever it is found. Go and prepare your garbage of insults as usual and come to Up Station Mountain Club to seek cheap popularity. Nonentity!!!

HOW LA REPUBLIQUE HAS MANAGED TO CONTROL THE ANGLOS FOR THE PAST FORTY EIGHT YEARS.
The Anglophones remarked the English administrator to the French Governor General of the French Cameroun in the 1950s, are a curiosity that require constant surveillance. Ever since, we have followed those words faithfully. How did we manage to keep those unpredictable stocks of half mad people for close to half a century? This is how;
(1) Bribery; we used and still use money to buy the most gullible of that boisterous people. We discovered long ago that, the South west people genuinely wanted sound independent government because they wanted a freehold of their land. Thus E.M.L.Endeley vociferously resented the Biafras and then changed his mind for an independent Southern Cameroons while the vile tongued Bamenda man, Foncha, saw nothing to lose because to him politics was a way of livelihood. He sold his services to us for a fee.
(2) The appointment of unqualified Anglophones in positions they actually will underperform and by so doing, will always remain grateful to us for allowing them keep their jobs. Thus we select buffoons like Ephraim Inoni, Peter Mafany Musonge; Achidi Achu whose track records are tainted with mediocrity.
(3) We do not press charges on those Anglophones who embezzle public funds openly but bring it to their attention that if they do not play ball in the future, we shall press charges of the embezzlement of public funds. Thus Francis Nkwain, who has stolen millions is a free man and would march even in harmattan to thank us.
(4) We grant them certain privileges like that of hiring some folks from their respective constituencies and villages. By so doing, we create a network of supporters even if our man is gone. That is how Bernard Fonlon, we brought in Philemon Yang and Foncha brought in Achidi Achu. Politics is personal and not business.
(5) We do not promote recalcitrant, rebellious, jealous Anglos. We black list them to make sure, they do not use their influence to persuade other Anglophones who are indecisive in taking a stand.
(6) We transfer those Anglos who have the propensity of causing trouble to far off lands like Mouloundou or Akwaya or Bamusso or Nkambe. I do it.
(7) When we give them promotions, we make sure, they are overshadowed by our loyal party stalwarts.
(8) We tap the phones of all the ministers, generals and secretary Generals of ministries to make sure they do not betray us to the Biafras.
(9) We assign well grilled CENER French trained agents to serve as assistants to ministers in the forms of secretary generals or chiefs of cabinet. In this manner, we keep track of them perfectly.
(10) Aware that Anglos are never to be trusted, we diligently apply the doctrine of Willie Lynch by assigning their brothers and sisters to spy on them. In this manner, we keep a complete tap on those we believe they are important.

Alain Dipoko, Yabassi boy, I thought you will present facts to show that your parents, siblings and kinsmen who live in the remote village of Dibom in Nkam Division where there are no roads, pipe borne water or electricity, have reasons to praise President Biya for his 27years as President. Instead you direct your anger to Anglophones because of that smart Bayangi lady who outwitted you and eloped with another man. Why can you not forgive and forget about her and move on. Loneliness is making you write all these rubbish about anglophone. I am not a anglophone myself as you know, but there is no reason why you keep on provoking them. You even go as far as presenting yourself as a PhD. Take the time that you use to write these rubbish to work some money out there and help your parents at home in Dibom. The world economy is bad, and since you lost your job frustration set in but you can still try other mean jobs out there! Idleness doesn't pay.
BTW Why do you call yourself 'yabassi boy' instead of 'Dibom boy'? And you are also claiming to a government man or spy? LOL

TAKING FANTASIES TO NEW HEIGHTS OF ABSURDITIES . A GUESS OF MISREPRESENTATION AND JEALOUSY.
Alain Dipoko, Yabassi Boy, - the man who knows; have never been unemployed since at the age of 19 when he entered the University of Yaoundé. I worked for CENER and ever since I have worked for the government. When I obtained my degree from ngoaekele, I went to Sorbonne on a scholarship to do my masters. At the time, I enrolled at ENAM in Paris for top administrators. While schooling in Paris, my family and party officials made sure, I landed a job with our embassy. After obtaining my Doctorat d’Etat, I left for Britain.
It was my father’s wish and that of the party to have their own study English. I studied hard and obtained admission in St. John’s College Cambridge. I studied very hard because there, there is no bullshitting. When I came out with a Ph.D, the president of the Republic himself sent me a congratulatory note. To show how grateful he was, he made me his private secretary. I have never been unemployed in my life shall never be. I have powerful uncles who have worked and held powerful positions in the government even before Ahmadou Ahidjo came to power and much less Mr. Biya.
As for my wife, she comes from Manyu division. She is very intelligent. She is a surgeon and holds a Ph.D. I knew her when she was in Lycee Technique de Yaoundé. Oh dear that woman speaks fluent French than you, a UPC deserter. She got scholarships from my connections and she is grateful for that. I have four wonderful children by her and she is a dedicated wife. I know she hates my guts when it comes to politics but she is too comfortable to complain. Besides, being a very sexually active Beti, she has no reason to ditch me.
If you want to see my residence, it is easy. Go to Obala and the house with a very big Cameroon flag hoisted side by side the CPDM flag is mine. My family name is boldly inscribed on a gold plate. A permanent gendarme guards the house. My village people all have electricity and water in their houses. I am not the one who did that wonderful job so I cannot take credit for that. I have contributed my own quota to my place of birth’s development. I do not sing my praises openly.
Dear Mr. Sali, this is Alain Dipoko. I am not from Dibom and have never been unemployed in my life. I am a very comfortable man. I have millions of dollars in my accounts in the US and Britain. In my houses I have more than 1000 bottles of good wine and I drive expensive wheels. I have every reason to be grateful to President Biya, for giving Cameroonians such opportunities to improve their lives. If you are an SCNC terrorist trying to overthrow us, too bad. Life is good to me and my family. I do not give a hoot about a looser of your caliber. Nonentitiy.

Whei 'Alain Dipoko, Dibom Boy, pauvre type!
Now you are calling me a nonentity because I am telling the truth and exposing your lies! Were we not fans of Longue Longue when he launched his music carrier? You used to adore him until you voluntarily became one of his carriers(porteur) when he used to travel for concerts with Mutzig, after dropping out from lycee because of financial difficulties. You were even more embittered with CPDM government than the young Cameroonians today. Remember how you forged documents to travel out of the country, under the pretext that your family is still being victimized because of its UPC involvement in the past. You forged documents claiming to be the grandson of Felix Moumie whose widow Marthe Moumie just died some months ago.
So the Community College which you learned English while out there has become St John's College Cambridge, or Sorbonne Paris? Hypocrite! Now you use that same language to abuse your anglophone brothers in Cameroon. Who can give you a good job out there with a bare certificate in English? The white people will get those jobs, not you. Just continue doing your mean jobs... babysitting, fork lifting, cleaning etc. I know you lost your job recently with that delivery company ,but that is not the end of the world. Try other jobs. If you studied bare English out there thinking you will get a white collar job you were mistaken. No body will give you one. Now you have found a better way of using your 'golden achievement' English language- to be abusing other fellow english speaking Cameroonians. Why didn't you study nursing out there, as I advised you too? Dull fellow! And you keep on saying you have a PhD? Why do you deceive the world!
Rich People have secretaries and public relations officers, Poor and lonely fellows like YOU, seek for notice by being impostors of a government that can not make life comfortable for your poor parents in Dibom, Nkam Division Cameroon. You even go as far as presenting yourself as a 'a sexually active Beti' What makes you think taking a Beti identity makes you superior, Dibom Boy. This is the problems with my francophone brothers. People who reject their roots to present an image of importance. Sycophants! You are the reasons why Cameroun is still under its French masters today and Dibom Boy, you are one of the chief slaves.
Go tell a village girl in Dibom, that you drink wine in your cubicle, as if labourer can't afford 4$ to buy a bottle of wine too.
I have told you to forget what that Bayangi lady did to you and be productive!! I know she frustrated you, but pick your bits and move on. Leave the Anglophones alone, their fight is their right. Take care of your family in the village. The fact that they could not afford fees to send you to school is no reason for you to be revengeful. It was not their fault. It is the because of the poor policies of our government. I was in the village last summer and your mother is cursing you. She thinks it is a white lady that has driven you crazy and selfish to them. All attempts to explain that you lost your job fell on deaf ears! Do something about their condition! Wretch!!!

OF INCUMBENTS AMENDING CONSTITUTIONS AND DEMONSTRATIONS IN CAMEROON.
Some people will look at the sun to find stains at it. So is this Christopher Fomunjoh who in poor French could not even put a full sentence across. Hear him talk of incumbents amending constitutions as if it is unique to Cameroon. Namibia, Congo, and host of several African leaders have done it. It is the order of the day in Latin America and Europe. Why therefore the fuse? President Biya did not change the constitution for his benefit. He did so to enable him finish the projects he started. We have a number of projects like the dis-enclaving of Akwaya, the construction of a deep sea port in Limbe which we want to see through.
If Cameroonians demonstrate today it is not because they are suffering, but because they want better. I do not know where and how Christopher got the License en Droit in Ngoaekele without reading Introduction to Laws and Sociology. If he did, he would have read of the Social Contract which binds the state and citizens to carry out their respective sides of the bargain. You good for nothing Anglophones refuse to pay taxes and want the state to furnish you with services from what sources? The government for now has done its best and if the best of the state is not good enough, you have a choice to go and join the Biafras.
As far back as September, I authorized the military and gendarmerie to deal brutally with demonstrators. What happened to Lapirao shall be used to most politicians who instigate innocent children to go to the streets. One scarecrow, Ngembus, sent you an urgent e-mail telling of Molyko brutality, which was not exactly the truth because we did not kill anyone. Should you demonstrate in the future, demonstrators shall be fired at with live munitions. It is not a threat but a promise. Take it from me.
Among the people I have singled out are that mad man, Ayamba, Anyangwe, Litumbe and several others. We shall meet disorderly conduct with the most brutality imaginable to serve as a deterrent. It doesn’t matter where the leaders of a group are. Sending an e-mail to members is a good enough reason to have the leaders arrested. It is time we meet force with force. After all what are you in the union? Just a bunch of ungrateful brats.

Dipoko: you are beginning to sound like an empty nut case, sitting in Minneapolis and issuing threats and puffing up. Why are you nincompoops always full of hot air while lacking in substance? Poor little Wizard of Oz. You really need to be banned from Southern Cameroonian blogs. You go to blogspot and start your own blog. It is free.
Your man thief man Paul Biya has been driving on reverse for 25 years, while others drive ahead. It is now that he worries about legacy? When he is near 80 years old and soft in the head?
