Comic Relief: Biya 'Attends' United Nations General Assembly For One Month

Biya1  While most leaders hurried back to their various countries to continue tackling issues that concern their nations, Paul Biya, Ruler of La Republique Du Cameroun got carried away by the UN deliberations that he decided to prolong his stay at the UN. It should be recalled that the UN General Assembly 2009 debates started on the 23\09\09 . 

It is worth noting that less than a month before traveling to New York, he was just from a vacation, where he allegedly squandered taxpayers' money to the tune of more than 1.000.000 EUROS in France.

He arrived Cameroun  on the 22\10\09 for his usual 'visit' to his homeland- exactly A MONTH after the start of the UN General Assembly debates.  A real absentee Ruler!
